Cadmus seeks an Energy Engineer to join its Energy Services Division, directing energy projects for diverse clients and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Between five and seven years of professional experience in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complicated issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently on assignments, learn new skills, and mentor colleagues.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness for regular travel domestically.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead site visits to support energy projects and document building conditions.
• Analyze data using analytical techniques and software such as MS Excel, Python, or R; identify trends.
• Quantify impacts from energy interventions using engineering or statistical methods and ROI analyses.
• Support energy projects across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, PV, BESS, EV and related systems.
• Prepare and present findings through reports, memos, and presentations for varied audiences.
• Engage clients to scope needs, build partnerships, and implement energy solutions.
• Manage self and projects, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external parties to deliver quality work.
• Deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
