*** This role requires occasional travel to clients' sites (20-25% of the time) ***

Position Overview

The main responsibilities include investigating energy savings opportunities, providing technical support, and developing client accounts. The role involves collaboration with sales, engineering, and project teams, with travel across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client system requirements and develop proposals accordingly.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and reports.
• Monitor energy performance and control protocols.
• Develop improvement ideas and share knowledge with teams.
• Support quote preparation and ensure safety policies are followed.

Specific Responsibilities

• Investigate energy savings opportunities on client sites, including modeling and feasibility analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and present opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance opportunities.
• Document and present energy savings analyses.
• Work closely with project teams and clients to optimize system performance.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record.
• Remote leadership experience and strong business development skills.
• Fluent in Spanish is a MUST.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork skills.

Terms

• Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
• Annual Bonus: 14-18% based on performance
