Job summary

Salas O'Brien is seeking an Energy Engineer to support energy and decarbonization work on a project and portfolio level. Tasks include identification, cost-benefit analysis, and development of energy efficiency, sustainability and decarbonization initiatives to meet carbon reduction goals in the built environment.

• Experience with large commercial buildings (healthcare, higher education, K-12).
• Strong analytical, technical, writing and presentation skills.

Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications And Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in energy auditing, retro-commissioning and energy analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Demonstrated experience in energy auditing, retro-commissioning and decarbonization.
• Experience with large commercial buildings including healthcare, higher education and K-12 schools.
• Strong analytical, technical, writing and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, project experience and qualifications.
