Job summary

Peninsula Light Company is seeking an Energy Services Specialist to support the implementation and administration of its Energy Efficiency and Conservation programs. You will research, plan, coordinate, and track energy services projects, engaging members, contractors, and internal staff to drive participation.

This role also supports key accounts and helps develop new programs. This position emphasizes analytical capability, project management, and the ability to stay current on energy

Qualifications

• Experience in energy efficiency or utility programs preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of federal/state program requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify energy services program opportunities and projects.
• Plan, implement, and monitor energy efficiency projects and programs.
• Prepare financial analyses and budget estimates for programs and services.
• Maintain program tracking and reporting systems per regulatory requirements.
• Engage with members, contractors, and staff to facilitate program participation.
• Support CPA coordination and annual conservation reporting to the state.
