Job summary

You will research, plan, coordinate, and track projects, engage members and contractors, and help develop new programs, while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data, prepare financial analyses, and track program performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and identifying energy services program opportunities and projects.
• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of energy efficiency programs.
• Prepare financial analyses and budget estimates for services and projects.
• Interpret federal and state program requirements and maintain tracking systems.
• Provide technical information to members about energy efficiency options.
• Coordinate Conservation Potential Analysis and annual reporting with the Power Resources department.
• Support development and administration of program and contractual agreements.
• Represent PLC at community events and engage with key accounts.
