Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, math, engineering, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication for presentations and interfacing with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable to a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to organize quantitative and qualitative information.
• Comfort level working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote, oversee, manage, and deliver the company's energy efficiency programs.
• Represent the company professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain understanding of program content, guidelines, and eligibility.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and submit accruals by deadlines.
• Track program metrics and ensure targets are met with timely reporting.
• Collaborate with contracted partners on activities, materials, and customer service.
• Outline strategies to build customer awareness and participation in programs.
