Qualifications

• Minimum two years in an administrative support role.
• Experience with NYSERDA programs is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home energy assessments and insulation installs with homeowners and internal teams.
• Monitor master schedule to ensure timely completion and coordination with other NOCO units.
• Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and provide pre-assessment info.
• Assist assessors with site visits and ensure necessary tools and documents are ready.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure NYSERDA paperwork is complete and submitted.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NYSERDA programs and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and analyze data to identify process improvements.
• Occasionally attend community engagement events as needed.
