Job summary

Source One is seeking a Business Development Manager - Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager for a Hybrid role in Newark, NJ. This 12-month contract requires leadership of vendor performance and cross-functional teams to deliver energy efficiency programs.

The candidate will oversee program delivery, ensure safety compliance, improve processes, and monitor KPIs, with mileage reimbursement and a W2 pay arrangement at $60-$65 per hour.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field plus 7 years in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
• Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams in Energy Efficiency or EV programs.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, contracted to deliver program services.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure safety compliance and timely delivery of program services.
• Develop and maintain processes for energy efficiency projects and programs and provide oversight for controls and compliance.
• Monitor program KPIs and prepare status reports for senior management.
