Job summary

Resource Innovations in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a BEES Program Supervisor to coordinate daily program operations, staff, and outreach. You will supervise staff, oversee outbound calling to large prospective customers, schedule surveys, track QA, and prepare status reports to meet program goals while aligning with SoCalGas guidelines.

Travel up to 40% within CA; one day remote per week is possible. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, energy, or related field, plus 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, environmental science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of program coordination/operations experience.
• Experience with databases and data tracking; proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BEES program operations, including outreach, scheduling, and reporting.
• Supervise staff by delegating, training, and coaching; escalate issues to Senior Manager.
• Lead outbound calling and large-prospect outreach to generate surveys and leads.
• Represent BEES at events and trade shows; promote program participation.
• Review survey documentation, energy savings calculations, and program compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on customer service and program procedures.
• Travel 30–40% throughout Central and Southern California to support operations.
