Zusammenfassung

CLEAResult Energy Sustainability Consulting seeks a Project Monitor I to support the DOE EECBG program, helping local governments and states reduce fossil fuel emissions and improve energy efficiency across sectors.

You will monitor grants through the full lifecycle, review plans, and ensure compliance with program guidance, performing desktop and on-site evaluations while maintaining DOE system documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Four or more years of relevant experience; Master’s degree may substitute for two years.

Aufgaben

• Provide project monitoring across the full grant lifecycle, including application and plan review and post-award monitoring.
• Provide desktop and on-site monitoring support.
• Perform technical evaluations of recipient submissions and recommend actions and refined requirements.
• Track milestones, budgets, and targets against recipient plans and notify Officers of discrepancies.
• Review recipient performance and financial reports for compliance with statutes and terms.
• Support award closeout, including quality assurance of closeout documentation.
• Maintain official file documentation in DOE systems.
