Job summary

Staples Energy is seeking a Field Assessor to perform site assessments for energy-efficiency projects, verify installations meet quality standards, and produce QA reports for leadership. The role requires driving to sites, enforcing safety policies, and collaborating with program managers to improve the direct install program.

Local travel and a high standard of professionalism are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3+ years in energy efficiency; Spanish bilingual skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years’ experience in the energy efficiency field.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform job site inspections to verify measures meet quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and capture future project information with photos.
• Provide QA reports to executive leadership based on branch inspections.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify risks and provide safety training to reduce exposure.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to improve quality of the direct install program.
• Develop and lead process improvements to enhance quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
