Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative in Edison, New Jersey, to increase awareness and adoption of energy-efficient technologies. This role involves building relationships with retail managers and educating customers on program offerings.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in account management or retail leadership, a valid driver's license, and be able to travel between locations. Compensation ranges from $27 to $29 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in account management, retail leadership, brand ambassadorship, or event planning.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; own vehicle required to travel between stores.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships as a brand ambassador with retail store managers and customers.
• Educate on promotional items and program highlights.
• Drive consistency between assigned locations in promotional material presentation.
• Plan and attend events for program awareness.
