Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative to build relationships with retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors within a defined territory. You will support a rebate program for energy-efficient products, ensure compliance, and drive participation.

You’ll primarily work from a home office with daily travel and occasional trips to Bridgeville, PA headquarters for team meetings. The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or associate degree, and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training.
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule.
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements.
• Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations.
• Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers.
• Document all customer and contractor interactions in accordance with program requirements.
• Maintain current accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities.
• Travel extensively throughout a defined territory (Gettysburg region).
