Xcel Energy is seeking a technically skilled engineer to provide conservation program guidance to customers, sales, and marketing teams. The role emphasizes developing analytical models and applying engineering expertise to maximize customer benefits from conservation products.

Ideal candidates have an ABET-accredited engineering degree and 1 year of energy conservation experience; EIT is preferred. This hybrid role supports on-site collaboration and remote work options as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to Marketing and Sales organizations. Perform day-to-day engineering in assigned technical areas.
• Construct analyses in technical-financial models meeting regulatory and corporate guidelines.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge in gas or electric conservation programs (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Leverage internal expertise by engaging external networks of engineering firms and agencies.

Formation

ABET-accredited engineering degree (BSME, BSEE or related)
