Job summary

Georgia Power, a Southern Company subsidiary, seeks an Energy Efficiency & Demand Response Program Manager (Commercial or Residential) in Atlanta, GA. You will lead energy solutions, drive regulatory targets, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver customer-focused programs.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, budgeting, evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure program success and compliance with plans and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited degree preferred with additional consideration for advanced degrees or certifications.
• Experience leading programs in regulated energy efficiency or demand response is valued.
• Strong project and program management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more energy solution programs with responsibility for participation and energy savings.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor contracts, onboard vendors, and monitor performance against contracts.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Evaluation, Regulatory, Data Analytics, Customer Care, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, budget impacts, and risk reports for management.
• Support regulatory filings, data requests, audits, and EM&V activities.
• Educate external organizations to promote program participation and act as program ambassador.
