Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Program Manager to lead energy efficiency and demand response initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to achieve annual kWh savings targets within approved budgets.

The role requires knowledge of regulated customer programs, contract management, budgeting, and strategic planning within a regulated framework to deliver on customer experience objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited degree preferred with emphasis on program management or related field.
• Strong project/program management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple organizations to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of regulated energy efficiency or demand response programs and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more energy solution programs to meet regulatory targets within budgets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Assist with vendor contracts, onboarding, and vendor performance management.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners for data tracking, reporting and governance.
• Develop and track KPIs, forecasts, trends, budget impacts, and risks.
• Support design/evaluation with regulatory and evaluation teams to drive success.
