Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking an Energy Efficiency / Demand Response Program Manager to lead one or more energy solutions and initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet annual regulatory kWh savings targets within budget and ensure compliance with program plans and evaluation standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited degree preferred with additional consideration for advanced degrees or industry certifications.
• Experience in regulated energy efficiency or demand response programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy solution programs and initiatives to meet regulatory targets within budget.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor contracts, onboard vendors, monitor performance, and enforce contractual requirements.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Evaluation, Regulatory, Data Analytics, Customer Care, Legal, Supply Chain with external teams for data tracking and marketing.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, forecasts, participation trends, budgets, and risks.
• Support program design and evaluation with internal teams to drive success.
• Educate external organizations to promote program participation and energy efficiency opportunities.
• Lead reviews with implementation vendors to drive accountability and outcomes.
