This position is 100% onsite, at the University of Houston MainCampus.

MQ: Education: Requires a thorough understanding of boththeoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical orprofessional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than oneprofessional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normallyobtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree froma college or university or an equivalent in-depth specializedtraining program that is directly related to the type of work beingperformed. Experience: No experience required.

Additional Duties:

• -Provide direct operational, administrative, and programmaticsupport to the Executive Director for all energy-relatededucational programs, including workforce development and microcredential initiatives.
• -Coordinate planning, execution, and follow through for credit andnon credit programs, including schedules, instructors, materials,and deliverables.
• -Maintain accurate program data across enrollment, payments,completion, and credentialing systems; ensure data integrity andtimely reporting.
• -Track, monitor, and reconcile participant payments in coordinationwith finance; follow up on discrepancies and outstandingitems.
• -Issue, manage, and document digital badges and micro credentialsin accordance with program and academic requirements.
• -Support internal and external stakeholder coordination, includingacademic units, industry partners, government entities, andvisiting delegations.
• -Assist with program communications, webpages, payment portals,marketing materials, and participant information.
• -Coordinate logistics for meetings, lectures, events, and sitevisits, including agendas, materials, and follow up actions.
• -Support compliance, funding, and eligibility efforts, andcontribute to continuous improvement of program operations.
