Red Bull North America seeks a Category Advisor to partner with the Category Advisory team, providing category expertise for Energy drinks and strategic guidance across placement and assortment. You will assist the Sr.

Category Advisor and upskill junior team members while delivering data-driven recommendations to retailers. In this role, you will lead space allocation design, develop space strategies, utilize category insights and tools to optimize productivity, shopper experience and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience analyzing data and managing modular systems.
• 3–5 years customer-facing Category Management experience.
• Strong analytical, space planning, and reporting skills.
• Experience with syndicated POS data (Circana/Nielsen) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of space allocation frameworks for Front-End beverages and assigned retailer.
• Develop assortment, modular, and space allocation strategies to optimize productivity.
• Utilize category management principles, shopper insights, and space analytics to identify opportunities for Energy presence and market share.
• Own evolution of Front-End beverage merchandising standards with scalable space solutions.
• Analyze shopper behavior, store execution, and space productivity to create best-in-class merchandising frameworks.
• Develop a long-term vision for Front End total single-serve beverage solutions to drive convenience and purchases.
• Influence future assortment and modular strategies to expand Energy presence and retailer share.
• Shape design, placement, and execution standards for impulse single-serve beverage destinations.
