Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong writing skills and ability to summarize quantitative data and strategic considerations in charts/graphics in PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise with executives.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and refreshing financial models for the Vistra development pipeline, interfacing with groups across the organization.
• Incorporate inputs such as capital spend, project timeline, gross margin, O&M, tax assumptions, and capital structure.
• Perform pricing and returns analyses related to marketing efforts for the Vistra pipeline.
• Execute scenario analyses around offtake opportunities, capital structure sensitivities, and potential acquisitions.
• Create and maintain internal/external reporting materials to track performance metrics for the Vistra development pipeline.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry assessment or regulatory initiatives.
• Prepare materials/presentations to present Vistra Zero investment opportunities to leadership.
• Demonstrate strong modeling in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
