Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, Texas is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development and Finance to support financial modeling for the Vistra development pipeline and enable strong internal reporting and leadership presentations.

You will build and refresh financial models for renewable and fossil assets, analyze capital structure, and collaborate with teams across Vistra's divisions, gaining exposure to TXU Energy, Luminant, and Dynegy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience in energy industry a plus (power and gas).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and refreshing financial models for the Vistra development pipeline.
• Prepare internal/external reporting materials and management presentations.
• Conduct pricing, returns, and scenario analyses for pipelines and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings to leadership.
