Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project management for external partnership developments and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare status updates and materials for partner meetings and leadership reviews.
• Identify schedule risks and drive issues to resolution across counterparties.
• Support structuring, evaluation, and negotiation of development transactions.
• Build models to quantify commercial, financial, and risk implications of deals.
• Conduct market and regulatory research to shape development strategy.
