Ferrovial is seeking an Energy Development Analyst in Austin, TX to evaluate and advance utility-scale power generation, storage, and grid infrastructure projects across the U.S. The role partners with engineering, finance, legal, and operations to drive market analysis, interconnection, permitting, and commercial diligence.

The position requires 3–5 years in energy policy, project development, or related fields, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data-analysis skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or grid-related development.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market, regulatory, and commercial analyses to inform project development and investment decisions.
• Support utility-scale renewable energy, storage, and grid-connected infrastructure projects through development to construction readiness.
• Coordinate interconnection, transmission, and queue tracking activities with utilities, ISOs, and transmission providers.
• Analyze market rules, interconnection requirements, transmission planning, and regional development risks.
• Coordinate engineering, site layouts, schedules, costs, and pre-construction requirements with teams.
• Support development milestones, permitting, environmental review, stakeholder engagement, and government coordination.
• Maintain project dashboards, interconnection trackers, market summaries, and budgets.
• Support M&A diligence, acquisitions, and co-development by assessing development status and commercial inputs.
