Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience with graduate degree or 2–4 years with a BA/BS.
• Experience using statistical software for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling and reporting for DSM and energy programs.
• Apply analytic methods to address client questions and provide recommendations.
• Conduct independent analysis using standard and advanced techniques.
• Support data collection and econometric analyses to assess program impacts.
• Prepare clear reports and concise presentations of results and methodologies.
• Provide task management and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
