Eversource, New England’s largest energy delivery company, is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative in Manchester, NH. The role handles inbound inquiries via phone, mail, and email, with optional remote-work through a Work from Home program but some days in the office.

You’ll respond with solutions, aiming for first-contact resolution, and support overtime and standby duty during weather events.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of previous experience helping customers in any capacity.
• College degrees welcome if no customer-facing experience.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check and drug screening.

• Responds positively and professionally to all customer inquiries via telephone, mail, and e-mail.
• Ensures a first contact resolution experience for every customer contact.
• Processes start/stop service requests and transfer of billing responsibility.
• Analyzes and resolves discrepancies in customer accounts and meter readings.
