Ability to mentor junior staff and manage analysis workflow.

Responsibilities

Underwrite complex energy transactions, including real estate, working capital, equipment, and acquisitions.
Design and execute client solutions; provide consulting during joint client calls with Relationship Managers.
Prepare commitment reports and participate in loan committee presentations.
Mentor and coach junior underwriters and interns; manage workflow and covenant testing.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to generate revenue and profitability.
