The Credit Products Underwriter II - Energy is primarily responsible for underwriting complex financial transactions, including the financing of investment real estate, owner‑occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, and LBOs/acquisitions. Additionally, the underwriter provides product and industry expertise to clients by designing and executing solutions on more complex clients. Responsibilities include client‑facing consultation, analysis of clients, design and execution of deals, and joint client calls with Relationship Managers to provide advice. The underwriter partners with Relationship Managers to assist in generating revenue and profitability.
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of credit analysis/credit products underwriter experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Office-based with occasional travel.
