Harvest Midstream is seeking a summer internship in Corporate Finance to support modeling, forecasting and capital planning. You will work with Finance, Accounting, Operations across the business to deliver analyses and recommendations.

The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and preparing material for leadership and external stakeholders. Houston, TX area, paid internship with industry benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in corporate finance and the oil & gas/energy industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: assist with creation and maintenance of financial models and forecasts, including the company corporate model.
• Strategic Finance & Transaction Support: assist with analysis related to capital structure, debt market activity, liquidity, and strategic capital management.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Support: assist with preparation of presentation materials for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
