Job summary

Judson Indep School District Maintenance and Operations Building in San Antonio, TX seeks an energetic Energy Supervisor to plan, implement and oversee the district's energy management program. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and certifications in energy/facility management, with strong emphasis on cost-effective energy solutions and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and certifications in facility/energy management or equivalent
• Accredited Texas Energy Management certificate or willingness to obtain within nine months
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and successful fingerprint background check

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement the Energy Management Plan.
• Provide supervision of Energy Management, HVAC, and Climate Controls staff.
• Oversee energy audits and identify financing for energy projects.
• Develop energy savings programs and annual budgets for the energy/HVAC areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Facilities teams on recommendations and standards.
