Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with commissioning and retro-commissioning of HVAC/building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical/electrical/architectural plans and specs.
- Knowledge of NC building codes and building energy systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead commissioning and retro-commissioning on capital projects.
- Develop commissioning scope of work and manage 3rd-party commissioning agents.
- Review design documents, equipment submittals, and basis of design.
- Coordinate testing, system training, and handover with project teams and end users.
