Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering from an accredited program.
• General understanding of building systems across disciplines and knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or controls.
• Familiarity with design codes, standards, and specifications and ability to interpret them.
• Foundational knowledge of commissioning processes and delivery.
• Proficiency with engineering calculations and CAD/BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate system test procedures for project commissioning.
• Organize user training sessions and conduct functional performance tests.
• Conduct field observations and participate in progress meetings.
• Assist in document control and project administration.
