Responsibilities

• Craft and negotiate key project development contracts, including power purchase agreements and energy service contracts.
• Work on framework commercial agreements and joint venture transactions.
• Serve as the primary associate on project and portfolio acquisitions and related financing support.
• Adapt commercial structures for various energy projects and buyers.
• Engage in structuring and negotiating energy project offtake transactions.
• Maintain daily direct contact with clients, partners, and counterparty counsel.
