Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate Energy Associate to join its Boston, MA office, advising on complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, and strategic investments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience, familiarity with tax equity financings, experience with M&A and joint ventures, and a JD from an accredited law school; admission in California is required

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and complex investment arrangements is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in firm programs and pro bono work.
