• Senior Client Success Manager with energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewals, client satisfaction, profitability, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full-stack experience for the account.
• Drive pipeline development, opportunities, forecasting of revenue and contract margin.
• Lead account activities across internal and client-facing teams; report progress to CSM Leader.
• Align on resourcing strategy with clients and resolve gaps or constraints.
• Ensure disciplined cash collection and address AR challenges; act as decision-maker for issues.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet contractual obligations and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peer CSMs to ensure consistent client engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Advocate for client needs and escalate issues; align delivery to client priorities.
• Drive governance structures and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, marketing, and product to align on objectives and opportunities.
• Understand CES and DXC offerings to meet client needs.
