Job summary

Mercy is seeking a highly skilled facilities maintenance professional in Missouri to maintain boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution and control systems. The role emphasizes independent issue resolution, superior customer service, and a strong commitment to a safe Environment of Care.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/boiler experience, EPA Universal Certification, and licensure prerequisites across Mercy locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School, equivalent, or 1 year direct relevant experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License for all Mercy locations.
• Mercy Arkansas Hospitals require High Pressure Boiler Operator’s License; OKC hospital requires Class II Boiler Operator's License; license within 1 year.
• Class C Tank Operator Training and Certification; EPA Certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues with minimal supervision.
• Ensure safe working environment and support Environment of Care.
• Communicate with customers and follow instructions; manage time and materials efficiently.
