Minimum qualifications include high school or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, EPA Universal Certification, and relevant boiler operator licensure.

Qualifications

• Education: High School, equivalent, or 1 year direct relevant experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and Boiler Operator licensing preferred.
• 3–5 years in commercial HVAC, boiler, and refrigeration maintenance.
• Must communicate effectively and follow Mercy policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair boilers, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure safe working environment and environmental care standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot control systems and electrical distribution.
