Mercy is seeking an entry-level Energy Center Operator I in Dexter, MO to learn and assist in operating HVAC and refrigeration systems at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of boiler/HVAC/refrigeration, and are enrolled in or have completed trade school with strong math and mechanical aptitude. The position supports 40-hour weeks with daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year direct relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, and control system maintenance and operation.
• EPA Universal Certification as required by 40CFR, Part 82, Subpart F.

Responsibilities

• Learn operations for HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment.
