Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is hiring outside sales representatives to conduct no-cost home energy assessments and promote Mass Save programs. Earn base pay of $24/hr with total pay up to $35/hr including commission, plus top performers can make 1,000+ dollars weekly in commission.

You will knock on doors, schedule assessments, arrive on time, travel up to an hour away, and participate in regular team meetings. Benefits include health, dental & vision, 401k with match, paid training, holidays, PTO,

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour

• Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed)
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings
