Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Canvasser to knock 60+ doors daily, discuss no-cost home energy assessments, and schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program.

The role is full-time with a base pay of $24/hr plus commission, with total average pay between $24–$35/hr and top performers earning $1,000+ per week in commission. You’ll arrive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away, attend bi-weekly team meetings, and enjoy a benefits package

• People skills from sales, retail, or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+.

• Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments.
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program.
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go.
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!).
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings.

Canvasser Full-time | $24/hr base + commission (Average $400–$500+/week in addition to hourly pay! Uncapped)
