HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Canvasser (Campaign Worker) to join our team in Plymouth, MA. Base pay is $24/hr plus commission, with average earnings of $24–$35/hr and top performers earning $1,000+ per week in commission.

You’ll knock on 60+ doors daily to discuss no-cost home energy assessments, schedule Mass Save appointments, and travel up to an hour with mileage reimbursed. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; flexible schedule and training provided.

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

Canvasser Full-time | $24/hr base + commission (Average $400–$500+/week in addition to hourly pay! Uncapped)
