Budderfly, Inc. is seeking an experienced Utility Consumption Specialist to join our team. You will analyze historical utility data to identify patterns and establish the billing baseline for new customers using our Average Monthly Usage model.

You will develop and test a billing model, collaborate with finance and product teams to improve automation, and maintain detailed documentation. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience.
• Prior experience in utility billing preferred.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze historical customer utility data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop a billing model that estimates future spend based on data.
• Implement the billing model and conduct thorough testing for accuracy.
• Assist with adjustments to billing models as needed.
• Collaborate with development and finance teams to improve automation using AI technology.
