Job summary

Weaver seeks an Audit Supervisor for its Energy team. The in‑charge professional will lead complex engagements, apply GAAP/GAAS knowledge, and develop client relationships through strong communication and project management.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA candidacy, 4–5+ years in public accounting or related energy experience; Master’s degree and CPA license preferred. Denver area compensation is $80,000–$95,000 plus benefits.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
• CPA candidate and 4–5+ years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of larger, complex engagements.
• Develop and enhance client relationships through communication.
• Plan engagements, budget time, and coordinate planning activities with supervision.
• Apply risk-based audit approach and GAAP/GAAS knowledge.
