Job summary

Hill Country Community Action Association is hiring an Energy Assistance Program Director to oversee utility assistance services across our service area. This full-time, salaried role reports directly to the CEO and is based at our Central Office.

You will lead daily operations, develop policies, manage budgets, and collaborate with partners to maximize resources for low-income households.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.
• Experience serving low-income communities is a plus.
• Accurate with numbers, data entry, and reporting.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
