Qualifications

• Experience with drafting policy or developing engagement strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategy in partnership with Energy and Utility Managers.
• Work with Quality Assurance to identify knowledge gaps.
• Understand and apply program rules and policies.
• Research and inform team on new policy and guidance.
• Assist in preparations of state plans and program documents.
• Maintain program email inbox and respond to communications.
