Atmos Energy Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented advocate support professional in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on processing CAA contacts, handling pledges and payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service orders.

Flexibility for travel and strong communication are essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in community action, social services or customer service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with two years in community action, social services or customer service.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic and data-entry skills.
• Experience with a Customer Information System is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process inbound and outbound CAA contacts, analyze and address agency requests.
• Resolve or coordinate resolution of CAA requests and pledges, balancing customer and agency needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to track and resolve agency payment activities.
• Update and maintain CAA profiles.
• Administer CAA agreements and adhere to funding sources and regulations.
