Job summary

The position requires an associate degree with related experience or five years in a social service setting; a valid driver’s license and Washington auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or five years of work in a related social service program.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by Washington state.
• Criminal history background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates energy assistance programs and provides emergency referrals.
• Assesses eligibility, verifies documentation, and counsels clients on options.
• Mentors staff through training on procedures and interview techniques.
• Maintains records, enters data, and prepares program reports.
• Performs other duties to ensure service delivery and compliance.
