Qualifications

• BPI analyst certification is required.
• HVAC installation and repair experience is preferred.
• Training in weatherization and energy efficiency principles and techniques is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in diverse urban and rural settings and to lead, motivate and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Review energy assessment reports and create a scope of work for home assessments.
• Send scope of work to contractors and track follow-up on work orders.
• Assist Technical Program Manager and train energy assessors on best practices.
• Perform whole home assessments when needed and review reports.
• Support quality control and quality assurance of assessments.
