Job summary

SEEL, LLC is seeking an Energy Assessor to conduct daily residential energy audits per program requirements, including blower-door tests and CDA measures. You will use handheld devices, document findings, and educate customers on energy savings while coordinating with databases and contractors.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a BPI Analyst certification, plus strong communication and safety awareness. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BPI Analyst certification is required.
• Knowledge of residential energy audits and direct install measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits using handheld tablet and mobile software.
• Perform blower-door tests and combustion appliance zone testing as needed.
• Educate customers on energy-saving measures and document findings.
• Coordinate with databases and issue work orders for contractors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and meet project deadlines.
• Engage in community outreach to inform customers about services.
