Qualifications

• Experience leading energy advisory or consulting teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
• Familiarity with power generation, renewables, and utility finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Energy Advisory team across Power & Fuels, Renewables, Power Markets, and Utility Finance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Direct project delivery, QA/QC, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Collaborate with directors and project managers to manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Drive best practices in delivery, quality management, and technical execution.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies across projects.
• Support business development and proposal efforts to secure new engagements.
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement across the department.
