Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead and grow our Energy Advisory team in the Northeast. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee project delivery, and mentor consultants across power generation, renewables, market analysis, and utility finance.

You will collaborate with managing directors to ensure quality, drive staff development, and align work with the firm’s values and mission. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wallingford, CT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field.
5 years of related experience; leadership and/or management experience preferable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to the Energy Advisory team across Power & Fuels, Renewables, Power Markets and Utility Finance.
Recruit, develop, train, and retain high-performing staff for consulting and technical work.
Oversee delivery of consulting engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering accountability, collaboration and technical excellence.
Support business development, including proposal development and client engagement.
